The Fine Print of the Arab Protest

March 30, 2012 by Leave a Comment

Not An Arab March - But Islamic March on Jerusalem

Today the news tell us that Israel is bracing itself for the coming of thousands of Arab protestors up to its boarders with Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. If you pay attention to the fine print you will soon understand that the word “Arab” is not correct here, it should have been “Muslim” protest, not an Arab one.

Arabs come in many shapes and colors, under different religions (Arab Christians, Arab Jews) and they span across a huge area that can not define, under one word, almost anything besides maybe “human”.

Thousands of Muslim protestors are planning to reach the boarders of Israel for a “March on Jerusalem” day, to mark the taking away of Muslim sovereignty by the Jewish state, note that they are not doing a march for peace, or a march for the equal and fair distribution of land between ethnic groups, they are marching to a religious city under the flag of taking it back to their religion.

There is no “march for equality” because it already exists, Israeli Arabs enjoy democratic rights and privileges that most of their brothers in the Muslim/Arab countries just next door do not have (see Syria and about 10,000 killed over a few months), there is no “March for splitting this area between Jews and Muslims” because this is not the goal of Muslims, as instructed under Islam, any place that was once governed by Islam should return to Muslim law.

And most of all, this is not a Palestinian protest, but a pan Islamic one, because it holds in it everything that is the base for the objection to the very existence to the state of Israel – Muslim faith and holy books.

The Price of Fanatic Messianic Ideology

November 16, 2011 by Leave a Comment

The German support to Israel is on one side completely understandable, the commitment of the German nation to the state of Israel and to its protection is something that is the perfect reflection of German adulthood and responsibility for the crimes of the past, on the other hand this support does not come without questions or doubts, which is a blessing.

The Germans have sold a couple of submarines to Israel in the last 10 years, the submarines are regarded as the ultimate dooms day weapon because of their ability to strike the enemy even once their country has been obliterated. In the Iranian scenario this does not really hold any water, because the Iranians do not seem to care to be blown to pieces as long as they kills lots of Jews as the more evil parts of their holy books command.

Now the last deal of submarines delivery is on its way but Germans are quietly showing their anger over the repeated violations of Israel in building on predominantly Arab-Palestinian lands east of Jerusalem. It is not only the fact that the Israeli prime minister Netanyahu insists on building permits phases every time the Palestinians do anything in the political arena, but also the fact that he had promised many of the worlds leaders he will not build in east Jerusalem, not as punishment and not as any building expansion plans, he keeps “forgetting” this promise, and this time is not the first time.

The building in those parts is done mainly to satisfy a small and crazy minority of Israel religious Jews who insist on living on Arab lands, even though they got enough “Jewish” land to build on, these are the demented Israeli settlers with their messianic ideology are leading the vast majority of Israeli into uncharted territory, rushing forward with no regard to anything but their ideology. It is no secret that the majority of Israelis reject these people, however their connection to the government via the hard core right side gives them a lot of space to operate in, and the cooperation of the prime minister at times.

However now it seems that there is some opposition to this, by Germany, who is considering stopping the submarines deals if Israel does not get back to its senses and attains some controls over those loose right wing fanatics, now Israel will start to feel the price for this unnecessary building aggravation.

The Israeli Atheist Wave

October 11, 2011 by 3 Comments

The news out of Israel should be very encouraging for any atheist out there, the writer Yoram Kaniuk has finally got his religion status removed from the nation registry, meaning he is no longer identified as “Jewish” in the governmental files. There should be no mistake here, this particular person is very much an Israeli, he had fight for this country and sacrificed much for it, however he is against the ever lasting embrace Israel has with the Jewish religion.

The author told journalists that “Personally, I have always been an atheist. I belong to the Jewish nation; I have never belonged to the Jewish religion”, which is fair enough, to be of the Jewish nation but not to participate or to support the main ideas of the religion is exactly what atheists need. Since we can not, or should want, to break away from our personal heritage we need to separate the religious condition into which we were born and the actual idea of that same religion.

Following the move to register Kaniuk as “without a religion” hundreds (some say thousands) of now “Jewish” Israelis are now asking to have the same done to their status in the registry, which just shows you that if only given the chance atheism could be the the fastest growing non religion of our time.

Israel Jaffa Graves Desecrated on Yom Kipur

October 9, 2011 by Leave a Comment

This one is a case for the religious fanatics detective, because it involves so much religious traditions and behavior its almost painfully clear how much better everyone will be without this. It seems that once again someone had attacked a Muslim institue, however this time its a little “off”.

A cemetery in Jaffa, Israel was desecrated on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kipur, and had the same features as the latest attacks on Mosques in the north of Israel, however it is strange since the day of Yom Kipur is, for religious Jews, a day in which you do nothing but pray in the synagog, meaning that they do not do any physical activity, including driving, eating, getting together and writing anything (the act of writing is prohibited, go figure).

So who was it that desecrated the graves? and why?, we can safely assume it was not religious Jews, however we can not rule out nationalistic Muslim hating non-religious Jews, many of whom are identified with the Israeli-Russian political party of Liberman, however this gets a little more complicated, since some of the writings in the cemetery had “death to the Russians” on them.

In the meanwhile it looks like anyone who is anyone is the Israeli politics is out of their way to show how shocked and upset they are, a strange thing when you realize that grave desecration is something that has been going on a long time before Israel even established itself as a country. The old Jewish cemetery on the Olive Mount in Jerusalem is desecrated on a usually monthly basis, most of the times the vandals are from the Arab villages around the cemetery, and they have been doing it for generations.

The act of desecrating graves is so common in the Arab world (inflicted upon non Muslim graves) that you can find it in almost any Arab country that has non Muslim graves. In Israel many cemeteries are equipped with electronic surveillance systems and guards, its almost crazy that this country needs to spend resources protecting the dead.

The bottom line here? Someone wants to get a religious war going, it can be secular Jews, religious Muslims or anyone in the middle, your guess is as good as mine.

Who Wants to Start A Religious War?

Another Mosque Arson in Israel

October 4, 2011 by Leave a Comment

The beauty of the Middle East is that if you ever start thinking that there are sides that are much more aggressive than others and that you can pretty much make out the picture of the insane religious fanatics in that area, someone comes along and proves you wrong. The beauty of religion is that it totally rejects all other religions and will not accept them, and there is a fresh violent mob joining the ranks of all religions on a daily basis.

The small village of Tuba Zanghariya in the north of Israel has seen calmer days, someone had decided to burn a Mosque there on Sunday night, and to do some nasty stuff to the holy books in the place, which makes it almost clear that once again the fanatic Jews of the region have gone out for a day of fun on the expense of peaceful Arab neighbors, calling their actions “Price tag” suggests that someone is paying for something, however it is a little difficult to make out why these people need to pay anything, and because of what.

So once again Jews in Israel become violent thugs who attack others in the name of religion and in the name of the harm that is inflicted upon Jews by other Muslim world wide, the only little thing that can make it right is that Israel’s president Peres rushed to the scene with some high ranking Rabbis to condemn this act and say harsh words about it. However the police have yet to identify or arrest anyone in this case, and as long as these Jews thugs are around there is not knowing who they will charge that price tag of next.
