We Are the 99%

October 7, 2011 by Leave a Comment

It does not matter if like it or not, you stand 99% to be one of the 99%.

Actually you are much more likely to be in the 99% than its actual number. I can safely assume that if you are reading this you are the 99%, because the 1% are not interested in what we got to say, what we do and how we do it.

Did 99% of us just realize that its all about the money? Not only in the U.S. but all around the world? Can it be that we live in a world that is so money driven that it has forgotten its humanity?, the answers to all of these are a big fat yes.

The one difference I hope these good people will make is that it will signal the people on the political top that there is going to be a price for preferring money to people, it will start with losing political power and it could end by being removed from power. It means that you can not just decide that you are going to give banks whatever they want without the people getting up and saying what they think, and it also means that we are still a world of human beings – not of bankers and numbers.

Ten Year Old Mistakes

September 10, 2011 by Leave a Comment

Ten years ago, after the 9/11 attacks, many of the world leaders went out of their way to explain to their people that the actions did not reflect the religion of Islam and everything it stands for, like many obedient citizens around the world I too listened and nodded as they talked about “the religion of peace”, as if out of the three monotheistic religions Islam was the most peaceful one.

If it was not religion what was it? was it something personal all these hijackers had against the city of New York and Washington? of course not. Was it something racial? probably not, ah, there is it – it was a misunderstanding of the holy books of Islam, so not really the religion but the interpretation of it by some religious extremists. I bought it, seems to make sense.

But even with this misunderstanding there must have been something that moved these people into action, and it seemed that the only things that could really do that would be the treatment of Muslim countries by the West and, of course, Israel. The Israeli Arab war and the fact that Israel was so close to the west in its identity and philosophy added a lot of fuel to this fire, with the American weapons support it only made it worst.

So all the pieces fell in together, it all made sense, some radical Islamist had some twisted idea of Islam and decided to punish the US for its arrogant behavior towards the Arab world and Israel. And that worked for a while, but then we started getting the footage from Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Gaza and Saudi Arabia, it looked like a lot of people were real happy with this, it looked like thousands actually celebrated 9/11.

So it was not just a few deranged crazy guys, it was much more, it was a culture of anti American sentiments and hatred of the U.S., and only a few years later I finally got a satisfying answer.

This was not a new fight, it was not a new battle and it was not a new sort of feeling that grow in the hearts and minds of many Muslims around the world, in fact it was very old, older then the American nation, much older then the idea of Zionism, it had nothing to do with the U.S. and nothing to do with Israel, September 11th 1683 Islam was stopped at the gates of Vienna and Europe was saved from the Ottoman empire.

The terrorists singnaled a very clear message to us in the west, the war for world domination is up once again, it was stopped for 318 years, and on Septmber 11th, 2001 they have resumed their fight for the world Islamic caliphate. This is a war which is hundreds of years old, it will not end if Israel falls, and it will not end if the U.S. will fall, it will end when the whole world falls and we all submit to Islam, giving away democracy, free speech and many other of the great things the western civilization accomplished.

This Demented World 2011

August 5, 2011 by Leave a Comment

In the last few weeks it has become clear that this world, with all its nations and peoples, is carefully stopping human progress and starting to fall back, with a clear purpose and conscience the leaders of this world do not believe in pushing the envelop, they prefer to deal with the banal and insane instead.

And so, our last superpower, the last nation on earth that could say it has done for humanity and for human progress more than any other in the recent decades, is now shutting down its NASA space program, its universities are seeking – and receiving funding by the millions from oil rich countries in the middle east so they will, at least at pretense, seem to be joining hands in a pro Islam and anti Israel campaign, and that can not solve its increasingly worrying economic problems with substantial resolve.

Our main economic superpower (China) can say nothing about contribution to human progress (maybe some effort for the Olympics can count), and any past contribution is made to look ridiculous by the middle ages approach to human rights and human decency, a country that is an economic giant but has millions working in semi slavery conditions, with poor health systems and an increasing ruthlessness towards any criticism, political or artistically.

A world in which a former superpower (Russia) is putting in all its weight to block a UN move against a country that is now, as these lines are being written, executing dozens of its citizens, where rivers run red from the hundreds of bodies that are filling it, and where tanks and artillery are used against unarmed population in order to have them submit to the rule of the current power.

Instead of reaching out to space, understanding our role in this universe and studying more about the origins of life the USA is now focusing on how to defend itself from enemies who believe that their god wants them to slaughter anyone who does not believe in him/her/it, instead of China getting on with human progress and respect for its citizens it is contemplating the situation of a nuclear Asia, and the terror of Chineese muslims in Xinjiang, and Russia, who has become the new ultra capitalist player in the world is more worried about the payments from Iran for the nuclear installations than the huge gap between rich and poor.

This is the world we all live in, only now it is moving backwards instead of forward, and no one even tries to hide it.

Saturday Looks Perfect for Camping

May 20, 2011 by Leave a Comment

Lets not joke about this one just yet.

It looks like a lot of people somehow believe that tomorrow (Saturday, May 21st 2011) will be the last day, like, ever. The good news is that for non believers there will be some more time, a little extra, a couple of months of horrible things that will happen for those who were not clever enough to follow the correct god, or the correct version of the right god, or just born for parents that somehow managed to choose the right super being and his/her texts. God loves everyone, yeah right, with a few exceptions – of course.

So this guy, Harold Camping, believes he has the duty of spreading the word of god to the people, and its that judgment day is upon us, and with it the wrath of god, who is all loving and caring, but still would fry you over flames for eating meat on Friday. To makes things even worst, this is his second attempt at this date, but now he is confident that its the big one, and there is no mistake there.

All we need to do is sit and wait, I got nice blue sky with little or no clouds, and suspect to have that tomorrow, so a little camping will do me good I think.

Here is some info about this man god picked to tell us all that he is coming to question us about our lives.

Camping Saturday, Anyone?

Harold Egbert Camping (born July 19, 1921) is a Christian radio broadcaster[1] and president of Family Radio, a California-based religious broadcasting network that spans more than 150 outlets in the United States as well as a website.

Camping’s trademarks include his deep, sonorous voice coupled with a slow cadence. He has also used Bible-based numerology to predict dates for the end of the world.[2] His current end times prediction is that the Rapture will be on May 21, 2011 and that God will completely destroy the Earth and the universe five months later on October 21.[3][4] He had previously predicted that the rapture would occur in September 1994.[
