Religion of Peace and Polerance in Action

March 30, 2011 by Leave a Comment

(The headline is taken from one of the comments on the video page)

Well, she is wearing pants. What makes this even worst is the pleasure the bystanders are taking from the violence, listen to the woman cry and beg, as the people laugh at her, religion poisons everything, these men are beating a woman old enough to be their mother, she can be their sister or daughter, for wearing pants that you can not even see on the video. Disgusting.

Egypt Once Had a Revolution

March 28, 2011 by Leave a Comment

We have been following the hopeful struggle of the people of Egypt for real freedom, democracy and better life, but it sadly seems like this is turning into yet another form of tyranny and lack of any of the traits of democracy. There were early signs of religious parties highkacking the revolution from the people and its true leaders (as we reported on Egypt revolution turns religious about a month and a half ago), but now it looks like this kind of religious leadership is actively taking the streets on force, and the police/army are not stepping in to stop it.

Islam is taking over Eygpt

The worst thing is that some of the people who actually moved the revolution are now being opperssed by the religious parties, atheists are being pushed aside and discredited, erased from the pages of history, and women are told not to expect any change in their personal freedoms or situations, this revolution is no longer for them.

No International Women day in Eygpt

I’m not going to quote the whole artilce, go check out Mellisa Bell’s piece on the Washington Post

British Education

It is an assembly hall of the sort found in any ordinary school. Boys aged 11 and upwards sit cross-legged on the floor in straight rows. They face the front of the room and listen carefully. But this is no ordinary assembly. Holding the children’s attention is a man in Islamic dress wearing a skullcap and stroking his long dark beard as he talks.

‘You’re not like the non-Muslims out there,’ the teacher says, gesturing towards the window. ‘All that evil you see in the streets, people not wearing the hijab properly, people smoking . . . you should hate it, you should hate walking down that street.’

He refers to the ‘non-Muslims’ as the ‘Kuffar’, an often derogatory term that means disbeliever or infidel.

Praying for Atheists to Die – Not in Public

March 16, 2011 by Leave a Comment

Looks like the user that was ecstatic about Japanese dieing in the current disaster (due to all of them apparently being non believers) pulled that video (in shame?) and its not live any more. Makes my previous post about her praising god and thanking him for the earthquake as well as require when is this thing expected in the US a little silly.

Video Pulled

In any case, believers praying god to kill non beliebers does not sound like the right thing, if anything at all, they should pray for god to convert us.

Not going to happen.
