Following up on Ricky Gervais “Thanks God for making me an atheist”, is a PR from the courageous bunch at we are anonymous calling out to the deranged people of the Westboro Baptist Church to stop their common practice of hate mongering and stupidity. Here it is –
We, the collective super-consciousness known as ANONYMOUS – the Voice of Free Speech & the Advocate of the People – have long heard you issue your venomous statements of hatred, and we have witnessed your flagrant and absurd displays of inimitable bigotry and intolerant fanaticism. We have always regarded you and your ilk as an assembly of graceless sociopaths and maniacal chauvinists & religious zealots, however benign, who act out for the sake of attention & in the name of religion.
If you do not know (or found out in the meanwhile) these (crazy ass good baptist Christians) feel the need to explain to the world that their god simply made a mistake by creating millions of Jews, people with non traditional sexual orientations and believers of other religions, and that this god was too late to understand what was going on before the world filled up with those faulty designs of his (well… nobody’s perfect, right?) that he is getting very, very angry when he spots them and therefore it is the duty of violent, ignorant and crazy ass good baptist Christians to help god out on this one and try to rid the world of those creatures god created (by mistake). You should also note that god hates, just like you and me, or like every human being, he probably does not hate during lunch or dinner, or when he plays “angry birds” on the toilette, but nonetheless – he really does hate.
the urge to petition this duty is so strong that these people can not restrain themselves and even go to graveyards where dead soldiers are being laid to their final resting place to protest it, even though they know that Jesus would probably have done differently (if he was around, real or simply alive).
